At Highfundamental, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please read the details below to ensure a smooth, hassle‑free experience.


1. Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the date your package was delivered.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Final‑sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)

  • Personalized or custom‑made merchandise

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at supports@highfundamental.com with your order number, item name(s), and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.

  2. Receive Your Return Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions within 1–2 business days.

  3. Ship It Back:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).

    • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box.

    • Use a trackable shipping service; return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped in error.

  4. Drop Off: Take your package to the carrier of your choice and keep your proof of shipment until your return is processed.

4. Processing Your Return or Exchange

  • Inspection: Once we receive your package, we’ll inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet our return criteria.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of delivery back to our warehouse for processing.

  • Notifications: We’ll notify you by email when your return has been received and approved, or if there’s an issue.

5. Refunds

  • Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

  • Timing: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Partial Refunds: Items not returned in original condition, damaged, or missing parts may incur a partial restocking fee or may not be accepted for return.

6. Exchanges

  • Same Item, Different Size/Color: If you’re exchanging for a different size or color, we’ll ship the replacement once your return is received and inspected.

  • Out‑of‑Stock Items: If your requested replacement is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a full refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at supports@highfundamental.com with photos of the issue. We will cover shipping costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
